Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Cufflink Lock. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we design and create. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re perusing (I know.. kind of a big word for us), exploring, evaluating and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions on WurkinStiffs.com. We’ll be as brief as our Legal Stiffs will allow us to be. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Cufflink Lock Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Cufflink Lock. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and made the way we hope you expect them to be. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expect. In this unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to a returning a product.
- NO RETURNS will be accepted without prior authorization.
- Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be REQUESTED within 30 calendar days of purchase date, either by phone or emailing: info@cufflinklock.com
- Once Return Authorization Number (RA#) has been issued, items must be RETURNED within 14 calendar days of issue date.
- Products must be in "like new" condition with original packaging.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Cufflink Lock will refund the original purchase price, less any shipping charges. Should you decide to return an item offered under our "Free Shipping" policy, you will be refunded the original purchase price, less the original shipping charge incurred by Cufflink Lock.
*Please Note: Consumer assumes full responsibility for any Return Shipping. All merchandise should be shipped via a trackable method and insured for full value.
For Our Wholesale Customers (Store Orders)
Wholesale customers will also incur a restocking fee of 25% on the returned order which will be deducted from credit owed.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
With regards to pricing, Cufflink Lock reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on Cufflinklock.com at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Should Cufflink Lock reduce its price on any Cufflink Lock-branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to contact our Customer Service Stiffs at 1-888-216-3973 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Cufflink Lock within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Würkin Wednesday . . . okay, we made that last one up).
Order Acceptance/Confirmation for Online and Call Center Purchases
Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Cufflink Lock acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Cufflink Lock reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Cufflink Lock cancels an order after you have already been billed, Cufflink Lock will refund the billed amount.
Shipping & Delivery
Please review the Shipping Details page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from Cufflinklock.com. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Cufflink Lock control once it leaves our facilities, Cufflink Lock cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, würk with you to help get your delivery to you smoothly.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Cufflink Lock may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we want to fill your order in full! Cufflink Lock reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Cufflink Lock confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Cufflink Lock will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full and/or contact you if you'd like to substitute the unavailable product you've ordered.
